Implementation Journey
From First Walkthrough to Continuous Protection
Every SAPP deployment is built around your organisation. There is no off-the-shelf install. But there is a proven structure that makes sure nothing gets missed and your team can run things on their own by the end.
Four Phases. Typically 8–12 Weeks. Always Bespoke.
The timeline below is a generic reference. In practice, a single-floor fintech office may complete in six weeks. A multi-campus pharmaceutical operation with 40 buildings may take several months or even years. The phases stay the same. The depth and duration scale to your complexity.
What does not change: every engagement starts with a physical audit (not a software deployment), every configuration reflects your actual org chart and compliance requirements, and every team member who touches the platform receives hands-on training tailored to their role.
Weeks 1–3
Discovery and Proximity Audit
Before we install anything, our team walks your site and conducts a full physical proximity audit. This gives us the baseline. Without it, the platform has nothing to measure or track.
Key Deliverables
Every organisation is different. A pharmaceutical R&D lab has different risks than a law firm or a trading floor. The audit adapts to your environment. There is no one-size-fits-all checklist.
Weeks 3–6
Platform Configuration and Onboarding
Once the audit is done, we set up the platform to match your organisation. We load your floor plans, map out who gets notified about what, pick the right compliance frameworks, and tag your physical assets.
Key Deliverables
This is not a template install. Your notification routes, escalation paths, and compliance settings reflect how your organisation actually works, not how a software vendor thinks it should.
Weeks 5–8
Training and Operational Handover
The platform only works if people know how to use it. We train everyone who touches it: security operators running patrols, compliance officers pulling reports, and IT teams closing tickets.
Key Deliverables
Training is not a one-day session followed by a PDF. We work alongside your team for weeks, practising the actual workflows until they are comfortable running the platform without us.
Weeks 6–12
Connecting to Your Existing Systems
In the final phase, we connect the SAPP platform to the systems you already have. Access control, network monitoring, guard management. Everything feeds into one place so you go from periodic inspections to round-the-clock visibility.
Key Deliverables
Not every organisation is ready for full integration straight away. Some start with manual patrols and add system connections over the following quarters. The platform works either way.
This Is Not a One-Off Project
Once the four phases are done, your organisation has a working physical security monitoring setup. The platform does not need SAPP staff on-site to run. Your people handle the patrols, close the tickets, and pull the compliance reports.
We stay available for quarterly reviews, advanced TSCM work, and platform updates. But the day-to-day operation belongs to your team. That is how you build real security culture instead of depending on an outside vendor.
Quarterly
Maturity Score Review
We sit down together and look at how your scores are trending, how fast issues are getting fixed, and whether new risks have appeared.
On Demand
TSCM and Tactical Ops
Advanced sweeps and tactical situational awareness for board meetings, M&A events, or incident response.
Continuous
Platform Updates
New features, compliance updates, and routing improvements are pushed to your platform automatically.
